Wedge Tail Willow can repair your old broken bat, or give new life and a spruce up to your favourite net and game bats.

What we can do:

New handle - $49: has the handle gone on your favourite bat? Drop us a message and we can arrange to fit a brand new handle and have you back in the middle, good as gold.

Re-shape and re-bind handle - $29: does your bat start to feel a bit 'off' in your hands? Get in touch and have a chat to us about re-shaping or re-binding your handle.

Add new grip - $10: we've yet to meet anyone who enjoys putting a new grip on a bat. Luckily for you, we don't mind doing it!

Minor fix and crack repair - $29: with the proper care and maintenance, a good piece of willow can last a long time but like everything, it won't last forever. Cracking and splits are inevitable, but they don't have to be the end. Whether you've got a massive split opening in the toe, or a bit of grain cracking on the surface, get in touch and see what we can do.

Major fix and crack repair - $59: we'll remove your current facing, fix crack/s as required, and even dowel if needed; then we'll finish with a sand and polish before applying a new facing of your choice (extratec/fibreglass).

Full refurbish/repair - $89: the works; we'll remove the bat's stickers and facing, give it a once over and fix any damage before giving it a sanding and polish, then apply a new facing of your choice (extratec/fibreglass) and a new grip.

Sand and renew bat face - $29: it doesn't hurt to hit the face with a bit of a sanding, some oil and a new protective covering at the end of the season. This doesn't just leave your bat looking a million bucks, but will keep it in good nick for longer.

Add extratec or fibreglass face protection - $15: want to keep your bat face clean and free of scratches, dings and stray spike marks? A clear extratec covering or sheet of fibreglass tape can keep your bat protected and free of blemishes.

Add toe protection - $10-$29: whether a bit of shoe goo, a new rubber guard, or going that extra step with some fibre/resin or cloth/resin, we can fit your preferred toe protection to keep your bat in tip-top shape.

Knocking-in - $49: perhaps the most boring and laborious process of a new bat, right? Wrong! We love it, so if the thought of sitting there with a mallet fills you with dread, get in touch and we'll hammer away at your bat with at least 5000 contacts of the wooden mallet on the face. For a finishing touch we'll use a kangaroo shin bone to harden the edges and add a final polish.
